Burroughs & Chapin Golf Management Offers Free Golf Lessons Throughout The Month Of May

May 8, 2004--Golf professionals from area golf courses managed by Burroughs & Chapin will be participating in The PGA of America’s annual “Play Golf America” campaign, which offers free 10-minute golf lessons to individuals throughout the month of May.

The free lessons will be available between the hours of 12 and 3 p.m., by appointment only, and will be offered at Cane Patch Driving Range in Myrtle Beach, S.C. every Saturday from May 1 through May 31, 2004.

In its seventh year, “Play Golf America” is an annual initiative created by The PGA of America and Golf Digest to help golfers of all levels play the game better. Another important goal of “Play Golf America” is to help introduce the game to new golfers. The campaign includes more than 4,200 PGA Professionals from across the country at more than 3,600 facilities.
